Global Quality Estates Ltd is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), the government-approved redress scheme for property agents.
What membership means
If you are unhappy with our service and we have not been able to put it right, you can refer your complaint to an independent ombudsman free of charge. The Ombudsman's decision is binding on us.
Before contacting the Ombudsman
Please follow our complaints procedure first. The Ombudsman will normally only consider a complaint once we have issued our final viewpoint letter, or eight weeks have passed since you first complained.
