Is Global Quality Estates a member of a redress scheme?
Yes. We are members of The Property Ombudsman, a government-approved redress scheme. Our membership certificate is published on this website and the service is free to consumers.
Do you hold Client Money Protection?
Yes, through Propertymark. Both our current 2026 certificates are published here, including the security certificate showing the level of protection in place.
Where is my deposit held?
Tenant deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service within 30 days of receipt, and you are sent the prescribed information confirming it.
How can I check your credentials independently?
You can search the Propertymark member register and The Property Ombudsman's find-a-member tool. Both are free and neither relies on us telling you anything.
