How do I arrange a viewing?
Use the enquiry form on any property page, call our lettings line on +44 79 61 889 975, or message us on WhatsApp. We offer evening and Saturday viewings, and video viewings if you are not in London yet.
What do I need to rent a property in London?
Normally photo ID and proof of your right to rent in the UK, proof of income of roughly 30 times the monthly rent (or a UK-based guarantor), previous landlord and employer references, and recent bank statements. Students usually need a guarantor.
How long are your tenancies?
Since 1 May 2026 all assured tenancies in England are periodic, so there is no fixed term. You can end the tenancy at any point by giving two months' notice, and a landlord cannot seek possession in the first twelve months except on limited grounds.
Can the rent be increased during my tenancy?
Only once in any twelve-month period, and your landlord must give at least two months' written notice using the correct statutory form. If you think the proposed rent is above market value you may challenge it at the First-tier Tribunal.
