What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 10am to 1pm. We are closed on Sundays, but managed tenants can reach the 24-hour emergency line at any time.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. For anything urgent, please call rather than email.
Where are you based?
Our registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We work across central and north-west London and visits are by appointment.
