Global Quality Estates Ltd holds Client Money Protection (CMP) through Propertymark, as required by law for letting agents in England. Both current certificates are below.
CMP Certificate 2026
Confirms that Global Quality Estates is a member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme for the current year.
CMP Security Certificate 2026
Sets out the level of protection in place for client money held on behalf of landlords and tenants.
What this means
Money we hold on your behalf, whether rent, deposits or funds for maintenance, is covered by an approved scheme. If it were misappropriated or otherwise lost, you could claim compensation. This applies to landlords and tenants alike.
Alongside this
- Tenant deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service within 30 days
- Client money is held in a designated client account, separate from our own funds
