Our aim is simple: offer the best service we can by treating people with respect and giving them our full attention. Everyone's circumstances are different, so we tailor what we do rather than pushing every client through the same process.
Global Quality Estates was established in 2017 and works across central and north-west London. We are deliberately small. That means when you call, you speak to someone who already knows your property or your tenancy, not a call centre reading from a screen.

- Respect. Tenants are not an inconvenience and landlords are not a cash machine. Both sides do better when they are treated fairly.
- The right match. A tenancy that suits everybody lasts longer and costs less than one pushed through to close a deal.
- Straight answers. If a property is overpriced we will say so. If your plan will not work, we will tell you before you spend money on it.
- Doing it properly. Regulation in this industry exists for good reason. We are accredited, our clients' money is protected, and our paperwork stands up.
Regulated and protected
We are members of ARLA Propertymark and registered with The Property Ombudsman, which gives you access to independent redress if something goes wrong. Client money is protected under the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme, tenant deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection.
Frequently asked questions
Is Global Quality Estates a member of a redress scheme?
Yes. We are registered with The Property Ombudsman (TPO), which provides free, independent dispute resolution for consumers. We are also members of ARLA Propertymark and hold Client Money Protection. Our certificates are published on this website.
How long has GQE been operating?
We have been letting and managing property in London since 2017. Global Quality Estates Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 10810962.
Do you charge tenants any fees?
No. Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 we cannot and do not charge tenants for viewings, referencing or setting up a tenancy. The only permitted payments are rent, a refundable deposit, a refundable holding deposit and certain default charges such as replacing lost keys.
Which areas of London do you cover?
Belsize Park, Camden, King's Cross, Marylebone, St John's Wood, Bayswater, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Earl's Court and Westminster. If your property sits outside these areas, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right agent for it.
